Biography:
Daken, also known as Akihiro, is a Marvel Comics character and the son of Wolverine and his deceased Japanese wife, Itsu.
Abandoned as a baby, he was raised by a samurai family and trained in the martial arts, harboring intense resentment towards his father for Itsu's death.
Like his father, Daken possesses a healing factor and retractable claws, but his claws emerge from his wrists instead of between his knuckles. He also possesses pheromone manipulation abilities. His first comic appearance was in *Wolverine: Origins* #1 (2006). He is often associated with the X-Men and has been a member of various villainous and anti-heroic teams.
